Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative (PSREC) offers rebates on purchased or leased plug-in electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.

Program Eligibility & Guidelines

Make sure you contact us to confirm that your electrical panel is sized to accommodate your EV charger.

  • Please provide a copy of the DMV vehicle registration
  • Vehicle must be registered in Plumas, Lassen, Sierra or Washoe county
