2026 PSREC Annual Meeting Information

To: Members of Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Regular Annual Meeting of the Membership of Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative (PSREC) will be held on Thursday, the 10th day of September 2026, at the hour of 6 p.m. at the Sierra Valley Grange (92202 Highway 70 Vinton, CA) and streamed live via YouTube Live for the purpose of taking appropriate action on the following matters:

• Reports of officers and managers
• Report of the Nominating Committee
• Results of election of directors for Districts 6 and 7

PSREC 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule of Events

5 to 6 p.m.—Doors open and registration begins – registered members receive gifts while supplies last
5 to 6 p.m.—Dinner is served! You must register for the meeting to receive meal tickets
5:45 p.m.—Presentation honoring photo contest and scholarship winners
6 p.m.—Annual meeting starts. All voting members are encouraged to attend
