Notice is hereby given that the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Membership of Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative is Thursday, September 3, 2020, at 6 p.m. via our YouTube Live, for the purpose of taking appropriate action on the following matters:

• Report of the Nominating Committee.
• Results of election of directors for Districts 6 and 7.
• Results of proposed PSREC bylaw amendments.
