Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Membership of Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative (PSREC) is on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Sierra Valley Grange, 92202 Highway 70, Vinton, California, and via live stream on YouTube for the purpose of taking appropriate action on the following matters:
- Reports of officers and managers
- Report of the Nominating Committee
- Results of the election of directors for Districts 2 and 5
PSREC 2025 Annual Meeting Schedule of Events
- 5 to 6 p.m.—Doors open and registration begins - registered members receive gifts while supplies last
- 5 to 6 p.m.—Dinner is served! You must register for the meeting to receive meal tickets
- 5:45 p.m.—Presentation honoring photo contest and scholarship winners
- 6 p.m.—Annual meeting starts. All voting members are encouraged to attend
