To establish new electric service, follow these steps:
- Please call us at: (800) 555-2207
- Fill out, sign and return your Membership Application Agreement (PDF) within 10 days. Be sure to include all names for your account. Signed membership applications can be mailed or faxed to our Portola office or emailed to Electric Customer Service.

New Home or Construction
Your new home—or newly constructed building in our service area—is very important to you, and we respect and understand your concerns. Please contact us if you are building in our service area, and we will make every effort to expedite your request.
New electric service construction costs range from $35 to $50 per foot of line extension.
