- Your bill stays roughly the same every month, year-round
- Your plan is based on your past energy use and the price we pay for energy
- At the end of each year’s Budget Billing plan:
- If you used more energy than you paid for, we’ll add the amount to your bill
- If you overpaid, we’ll credit your bill
- To participate:
- Your account must be active for at least 1 year
- You must have a good credit rating with Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric
