PSREC Members, please be prepared for outages due to ongoing fire activity from the Bug Fire. PSREC crews and staff are actively monitoring the situation and we will update members as more information becomes available. You can view PSREC’s outage map by visiting the SmartHub app or our website.
A scammer is calling PSREC Members claiming to be a PSREC Technician and stating that their account is in arrears and scheduled to be disconnected within 30 minutes if a payment isn’t made. This is not PSREC.
Members will be unable to make payments on Monday, June 29th, between 5:55 PM and 6:05 PM due to planned system maintenance. We appreciate your patience and recommend completing any payments outside this brief window.
