What is the installation process like?
Our professional installers will install an external modem/antenna on the outside of your home. CAT5 cable will run from the modem/antenna to the inside of the house to a computer or router. The installation will require drilling through an outside wall or the floor (no wall fishing). Our installers will complete the installation by verifying your connection to the internet and ensuring that you are receiving and sending email.
Can I purchase a Static IP address with my Plumas-Sierra Wireless Service?
