STEP 1: To establish New Electric Service please call us at: (800) 555-2207 or fill out our New Service Form.

STEP 2: Fill out, sign and return your Membership Application Agreement within 10 days. Be sure to include ALL names for your account. Signed membership applications can be mailed to: PSREC, 73233 State Route 70, Portola, CA 96122, faxed to (530) 832-5761 or scanned and emailed to: billing@psrec.coop.

STEP 3: Explore the many helpful links to resources and programs that are available exclusively to our members!

Your new home—or newly constructed building in our service area—is very important to you, and we respect and understand your concerns. Please contact us if you are building in our service area, and we will make every effort to expedite your request.
