| Washington Youth Tour |
PSREC will select one student to take an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C. June 13-20, 2013. The Washington Youth Tour is open to all high school sophomores, juniors and seniors whose primary residence in Plumas, Lassen, Sierra or Washoe counties is supplied with either electric power through PSREC, or Internet service through Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications.
Application deadline was Tuesday, November 13, 2012.

| Plumas-Sierra REC Citizen-Scholar Scholarship |
In 2013, one student will be chosen to receive a $1,000 scholarship. Scholarships are open to all high school seniors and older students. Student or their parents/guardians primary residence must be supplied with electric service from Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative.
Application deadline is Friday, March 15, 2013.

| Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications Citizen-Scholar Scholarship |
In 2013, one student will be chosen to receive a $1,000 scholarship. Scholarships are open to all high school seniors and older students. Student or their parents/guardians must be a customer of Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications and have a primary residence in Plumas, Sierra, Lassen or Washoe counties.

| YES (Youth Energy Seminar) |
Four students will be chosen to attend the Youth Energy Seminar in July of 2013. The Seminar is open to all high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors whose primary residence in Plumas, Lassen, Sierra or Washoe counties is supplied with either electric power through PSREC, or Internet service through Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications.
Application deadline for the 2013 YES Camp is Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
